Rob Fox

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MCSP HPC registered

Rob graduated from Keele University in 2001. After completing junior and senior rotations at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and also working privately in the area, he moved to The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Gobowen in 2004.

After gaining vast Orthopaedic knowledge during his rotations, Rob has since taken up the post as Team Lead Physiotherapist for inpatient/intensive physiotherapy, working closely alongside Orthopaedic Surgeons at the hospital. He is highly regarded by the Consultants, treating complex patients on a daily basis who travel from all over the UK to access his expertise.

His vast experience includes Musculoskeletal/Orthopaedic problems, Stance Control Orthotic Rehabilitation, Hydrotherapy, Cerebral palsy, Orthopaedic Neurological Conditions and extensive Sports Injuries experience.
Previously, Rob has been involved in working as a Physiotherapist with the under 18’s Welsh Schools Football Squad as well as working closely with a number of football and sports clubs throughout the area.

Rob has always been a very active/sporty individual and has pushed himself both mentally and physically. He has successfully ascended Mount Toubkal and Mount Mulhacen, with many more in the pipeline. He is also a well accomplished marathon runner, completing the Everest Marathon and Great Wall of China Marathon. Rob has been a keen footballer over the years and still holds his own as an experienced defender in the Cymru Alliance.
