Working out with Lisa is a highlight of my week. She is enthusiastic, motivating, and knowledgeable about all things fitness. Lisa is completely in tune with my goals, she pushes me harder towards achieving them and expects a lot from me which keeps me motivated and goal oriented, without making me dread working out.

She is very creative in progressing sessions, making them fun and challenging at the same time. And no two sessions are ever the same!
